We did it.  We made it through the heat unscathed and with great photos.  The best part of all is that the kids seemed to really have fun doing it.  Thanks to all of our clients who made it out there despite the heat.  June 12th we are doing more Americana Summer, but no firetruck this time.  Think Ralph Lauren picnic.  If you know of anyone who might be interested we have a few spots left before 12pm- which we learned is a good cutoff and then a couple in the evening. 

Can I just give a shout out here to two folks who really helped out so much.  To Mr. Jim and his wife Pam who own the firetruck and were incredibly kind to work with us in using their sweet truck.  You may have seen this truck around town.  It used to escort historic home tours and also do birthday parties.  What a great idea is that?  A ride to the ice cream shop on a vintage fire truck. 

Also to Nancy who thought of all the details, like flags and lollipops and a shade umbrella (and then shaded all of our little ones), etc.....  Amewsme would just not "be" without her. 

Nancy and I love all the repeat clients we have.   It is so much fun to get to watch the kids change over the months and once they come back for the second or third time things flow so well.  We had the smoothest session yet on this, the third time to shoot this family.  Mama did a fantastic job, as always, on the clothing and accessories and their coloring is perfect for pictures. 

Lastly a big shout-out to big brother.  This guy really takes it all in stride.  These three little girls are very lucky to have such a great guy to help take care of them.
